Abstract

In this article, pension security system, stages of pension system development, the grouping of pension systems, models for improving pension systems in international practice, and the requirements for retirement age and work experience in international practice are studied. Together with this, the minimum standards of social security specified in Convention No. 102 of the International Labor Organization are examined.
