Abstract

The "Labor Code" also emphasizes the necessity of providing guidance and training on labor protection. According to Article 362 of the Code, the employer must provide guidance on labor protection, safe methods and methods of work performance, and prevention of accidents in production for all new employees, as well as employees who are being transferred to another job. It is mandatory to organize training on providing assistance to victims.
