Abstract

The personality of a teacher working in the system of continuing education, including a professor working in a higher education institution, is a unique natural system, and it is difficult to design a model of a modern professor, taking into account his personal and individual characteristics. However, it is necessary to create a general and unique model of the professor-teacher, as well as to allow each person to develop their own characteristics, to maintain their originality, to move forward in accordance with their interests.
