Abstract

After the publication of USSR in this article, a number of problems occurred in all sectors of the economy and society of independent countries, which had a negative impact on the field of scientific research in Uzbekistan. It is revealed that the increase in the level of education and personnel training, changes in the social environment, economic problems and the related shortage of qualified personal, on the one hand, the state construction aimed at connecting the national security with the security of the ruling elite, led to the increase in the level of analysis in the country.
