Abstract

The article describing the current development of e-government systems in the financial sphere. What are the main aims of using information systems and what kind of useful opportunities they have are you creating? Also, the article provides information about e-services provided by the Ministry of Economy Finance to the people and suggestion to create the "Open Budget" portal, which will provide people about the budget system and financial indicators.
