Abstract

Today in the republic measures are being taken to internationalize higher education, to improve its quality and to introduce international education standards. In order for the education system to turn into a modern locomotive, it is necessary to create an education model that based on advanced world experience and centuries-old rich national traditions in the field of education would reach the forefront of global development and determine its specific directions and effectiveness.
