Abstract

This article examines the problems associated with the concentration of venture capital investment, focusing on the restrictions on new and small start-ups caused by the dominance of large investors and funds. The issue of one-sided development of industries and geographical uneven distribution of investments is highlighted, which leads to economic imbalances and increased regional differences. Also in the final part of the article, suggestions will be given to reduce the negative consequences of concentration.
