Abstract

This research aims to analyze the performance of employees at the Sidoarjo Regency Industry and Trade Service. The analysis carried out is on the E-Kinerja assessment system, employee integrity and organizational commitment to performance. This research also analyzes the influence of job satisfaction as a mediating tool that can influence organizational performance at the Sidoarjo Regency Industry and Trade Service. This research uses samples from a population taken from all government employees in the Sidoarjo Regency Industry and Trade Service. The results of the indirect influence test showed that e-kinerja had no effect on employee performance through the job satisfaction variable, integrity had an effect on employee performance through job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
