The Influence of E-Performance System Implementation, Integrity, Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance Through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Case Study at the Sidoarjo Regency Industry and Trade Service)

This research aims to analyze the performance of employees at the Sidoarjo Regency Industry and Trade Service. The analysis carried out is on the E-Kinerja assessment system, employee integrity and organizational commitment to performance. This research also analyzes the influence of job satisfaction as a mediating tool that can influence organizational performance at the Sidoarjo Regency Industry and Trade Service. This research uses samples from a population taken from all government employees in the Sidoarjo Regency Industry and Trade Service. The results of the indirect influence test showed that e-kinerja had no effect on employee performance through the job satisfaction variable, integrity had an effect on employee performance through job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable.
