Abstract

When the Philippines encountered a terrible new normal due to the abovementioned pandemic, everything has changed. It is not hidden from our sights, that the new normal set–up for the education system has finally arisen through what we called distance learning via blended learning approach. One of the key elements that influence school management at the workplace is the set of work values as part of the experiential and phenomenal teaching practices. These are the standards that people use individually or collectively, to make judgments about what is important or valuable at work. Work values are responsible for enhancing leadership and management through work-related beliefs, personal dispositions, and attitudes that shape managerial behaviors. It serves as a motivational tool for achieving organizational objectives and developing a positive attitude among workers for enhancing their skills and efficiency. Yet, it is also true that constant reminders when it comes to working values in workplaces must be based on the established printed or written documents, such as paper kits, whether soft or hardbound materials as tools for constantly reminding the workers to be in shape for their values where they are taking. In the academe, positive work values generate outcomes from the students that sustain the work progress and mental development of the learners through quality teaching in higher education which matters for student learning outcomes, this will lead to a remarkable experience toward teaching performance (Hénard & Roseveare, 2012).
