Abstract

The article observed issues of fundamental improvement of the higher education system in Uzbekistan, increasing its quality, training competitive specialists and creating a competitive environment in this field, improving the effectiveness of the educational quality management of the higher educational institution. The importance of evaluating the effectiveness of the management system and the compliance of its organizational structure with the object of management are discussed.
