Lof Genre and its Function in Children's Poetry

The article examines the influence of folk poetry on children's poetry, the emergence of the lof genre in children's literature, its importance in the development of the young reader's thinking and intellectual potential, its poetic properties, and its acquisition of an educational, artistic and aesthetic essence. The analysis was made on the basis of Tursunboy Adshboyev's form-content innovative praise poems. In the creation of poetic praises, adherence to tradition and originality, stylistic skills and individuality of the creator are compared.
