Abstract

The article examines the content of investment activity, the need for its financing, its process and functions, the system of encouraging investment activity, its sources and factors affecting it, the effect of regulating the financing of investment activity by loans from commercial banks.. Also, the sources of financing investment activities and the structural structure of their resources were analyzed.
