Abstract

The article considers the responsibility of innovations to society for any possible result of implementation in practice as a significant factor in the effective use of innovations. The social responsibility of innovations should be present at all stages of the innovation process (from development, testing and ending with their practical application). It is necessary to legitimize social responsibility and define the criteria for its measurability, analysis, forecast and evaluation.
