Abstract

This article focuses on the importance of leadership in the conditions of Uzbekistan, which is becoming more and more modern, in particular, the problems related to the cultural sector and measures to solve them. Also, the article pays special attention to the mistakes and shortcaomings of today’s leaders, especially the heads of the culture department in the districts, and the indifference of the leaders is given as the main reason for the crises in the field.
